The study on "Standardization of Tarhana Formula" in Yeşilova has been completed.

The “Tarhana Formula Standardization” Study Completed in Yeşilova

Yeşilova Mayor Okan Kurd announced that the “Tarhana Formula Standardization” study, initiated two months ago and conducted in collaboration with Yeşilova İsmail Akın Tourism Vocational School Culinary Department, has been successfully completed.

In the project, which was initiated to standardize tarhana, one of the traditional flavors of the region, in terms of taste and quality, the ingredients and proportions used in the preparation of tarhana were meticulously examined. The study aims both to preserve the traditional tarhana flavor and to introduce it to a wider audience in the future.
