In the Spring Semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year, our students who cannot attend the midterm exams due to their excuses must apply by filling out the Excuse Form available at https://prg.mehmetakif.edu.tr/MazeretFormu by 17:00 on April 15, 2026, to take the excuse midterm exams.
Our students who want to apply online must check and approve the information that appears after logging in and follow the steps below.
- They must enter the course and course instructor information and click the “Add Course Information” button.
- The reasons for not being able to attend the Midterm Exam should be briefly stated,
- If there are mandatory excuses that need to be documented, the relevant documents (medical report, death certificate, etc.) must be uploaded in PDF format,
After filling in the fields marked with (*) completely, they must click the “Send Application to Unit” button to complete the process.
